Located in Surat, Gujarat, this 500-acre mixed-use development is envisioned as an expansive destination that brings together hospitality, commercial spaces, landscaped environments, themed villas and water-based mobility within one cohesive master plan.

Spanning approximately 17.22 lakh sq. m, the ongoing development explores how multiple architectural identities can coexist within a larger, interconnected landscape. The master plan incorporates a hotel, extensive gardens, commercial destinations, boating infrastructure and a grand entry experience that establishes a strong sense of arrival.

Six Themed Villa

A defining feature of the development is its collection of six distinct villa environments, each drawing from a different cultural and architectural context. Rather than treating the themes as isolated visual styles, the planning creates individual environments with their own architectural character and experiential identity.

Together, the 800 villas across six thematic environments create a diverse architectural landscape while remaining connected through the larger master plan.

Landscape forms an integral part of the planning strategy, extending beyond ornamental green spaces to shape movement, views and the overall experience of the development.

The inclusion of boating as a mode of internal transport introduces an alternative layer of connectivity, allowing water to become part of both the movement network and the experiential character of the destination.

A grand entry gate establishes the primary arrival sequence, creating a strong architectural threshold between the outside and the diverse environments within.
