Wellon Villa is a residential township of 21 pool villas across 4.56 acres in Rayam, Bardoli, Gujarat. The project explores the idea of a contemporary farmhouse where architecture and landscape are conceived as one.
Spread across 4.56 acres, the project is designed around the idea of living in close connection with nature without compromising privacy. Each villa features its own private pool and garden, creating an intimate outdoor environment that extends the living experience beyond the built form.
The architectural language of Wellon Villa is defined by the thoughtful use of glass, open spaces and natural surroundings. Large glazed surfaces create visual continuity between the interiors and the landscape, allowing daylight, greenery and outdoor views to become an integral part of the living experience.
Rather than treating transparency as exposure, the villas use landscape as a privacy layer. Green buffers, spatial setbacks and controlled views allow the architecture to remain open to nature while retaining intimacy.
The master plan focuses on creating a residential experience where architecture, landscape and privacy work together—transforming the idea of a farmhouse into a refined contemporary retreat.
